I can’t remember another time in my life I’ve been scammed this badly.
I walked right into it, and I’m writing this in hopes you won’t make the same mistake I did, because it cost me.
Time. Money.
And a lot of heartache.
I have to admit, I never thought I’d be writing this, but after I got absolutely HOSED on this deal, it seems to me the only respectable thing to do is help make people aware of SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner’s dirty tricks.
Don’t let them get you the way they got me.
SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner looked amazing in the videos on the website.
The testimonials were pretty convincing, too.
They sold me on it.

What happened next was months of hassle with customer service reps (I use that term VERY lightly with these people) whose inconsistent communication and outright rudeness crossed the line time and again—with no apology. When the SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner finally did arrive—which was a complete shock, I didn’t think they were actually going to deliver anything at all—it was a bigger disappointment than purchasing a used car and finding out it was a lemon.
And that’s putting it in delicate terms.
But…the fancy videos on the site? Lies.
What about the testimonials? I’m not sure.
I guess they could be paid advertisers or reviewers. Maybe they were social media influencers who took an opportunity to make an easy paycheck with no care for what they were promoting. I wouldn’t be surprised if they took those paychecks right to the bank without ever actually using their SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner.
One thing’s clear to me: none of those people thought for one second about the people they would convince to buy a product that, simply put, isn’t what it’s cracked up to be.
It wouldn’t be the first time scammers got one over on the little guy, took the money and ran.
I am obsessed with cleaning. I take pride in a pristine home, and all my friends know it. All 2200 square feet of living space is my domain, and I maintain it to pretty high standards. I’m in my late 40s, just about to go over the hill, but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying the fruits of my labor: a fresh, clean, pristine space to call my own. Cleaning isn’t glamorous, and no one will tell you they enjoy it—me, least of all.
So it stands to reason clean freaks like me are always looking for hacks—LEGIT hacks, mind you—to make the process a little bit easier.
I love entertaining friends and family on the weekends. I always had people admiring remarking on how clean my home was, until the toilets started getting some negative attention.
Once again, putting this delicately…they were showing signs of use.
So I did what any clean freak would do, and I took to them with some hardcore cleaning products. That SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner article…it spoke to me. I wore myself out trying to get those stains out of the toilets, to no avail, just like the person wrote on the website.
Maybe that’s why I fell for it. Those scammers got me right where I was most vulnerable.
I read that article, and it wasn’t just someone who went through a rough experience trying to clean their toilets…it was me going through that experience with them. When they claimed they found the one thing that solved their problem, I was convinced it would solve my problem, too. I never once thought it could be a scam. I didn’t think someone would just throw up a wall of lies obscured in smoke and mirrors to try to take my money. It hurts more because the stupid SplashFoam Toilet Spray doesn’t even work!

“It showed up so quickly!” That’s what the article says.
How do they define quickly? Amazon does on average 3-5 day delivery. I personally think that’s fast. So, after 7 days with an empty porch and no delivery, I tried to reach out to SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner’s customer service.
Surprise: they don’t have a phone number. I was left with email as the only option. I fired off an email, just a simple inquiry, and I was very respectful. I know the shipping stuff has been wacky recently, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
I didn’t get a response for ANOTHER 7 days. What do you think I was expecting? Maybe a “We’re so sorry, let us correct this for you right away…”
That’s not what I got.
The response email could have been written by one of those “You won a lot of money, just give us your credit card number to collect it” scammers from a foreign country. It was rife with grammatical errors, dripping in sarcasm and they BLASTED me with an accusatory tone…
SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner customer service went out of their way to let me know THEY were not at fault. According to them, I was being impatient. It was a “small hiccup” in the shipping, completely out of their control. I shouldn’t worry, they said, then they crossed the line and told me that I had unrealistic expectations.
I couldn’t help but feel infuriated. Frustration doesn’t begin to describe it.
I felt taken advantage of.
It gets worse.
I waited… much longer than I should have. I regret that, now.
“If you’re not 100% satisfied…get a full refund, no questions asked!” That’s what they promised me.
Well, when the bottles I ordered actually did arrive—39 days after I ordered them—I felt like I had to give the benefit of the doubt.
Shipping issues are real. Maybe this was a one-time thing.
I conceded, they said the SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner was in high-demand. Maybe high demand leads to delayed shipping? But the product works as advertised, right?
Wrong. Absolutely, unequivocally, wrong.
I wish I was exaggerating, even a little bit. It would make me feel less stupid for falling for the scam. The SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner couldn’t clean crumbs off a countertop. I’m dead serious. I don’t advise consuming cleaning products, but I’m pretty sure if you were stranded on a desert island and got desperate enough to drink this stuff...it would hydrate you, because it’s just scented water. I detected absolutely NO cleaning factor whatsoever when I used it.
I did use it. I tried all those things I saw in all those flashy videos…
…with ZERO results.
Those videos are pretty impressive. I don’t know what cleaning product they used, but I can tell you it wasn’t SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner. The videos made the cleaning look effortless, but I still gave it a real effort, applying large amounts of elbow grease into cleaning my toilets with this snake-oil product to absolutely NO EFFECT.
But then I remembered the 100% satisfaction guarantee.
At least, after all this, I could get my money back.
You know that old saying, “It’s laugh or cry?”
I’m not laughing.
I sent close to a dozen emails, desperately hoping for some humane treatment from these people. I kept my words respectful and stuck to relaying the facts: I was promised “quick” shipping, but my order didn’t arrive until 39 days later. I was sold near-magic cleaning results. All I received was the same results dumping a bottle of water in the toilet would get me. I said to them “I’m sorry to say, the SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner just doesn’t live up to what you promised me. I rate my satisfaction at a solid 0% and respectfully request a full refund.”
The scathing response I got back is not fit for decent ears to hear.
Their “customer service” took it to a level that, frankly, I’m not comfortable with.
I’ve never been treated like that. Not even at the DMV. I’m serious, it was demoralizing!

Please, take it from me: SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner is a SCAM! Save your time, protect your hard-earned money, and look elsewhere for cleaning products. These people only care about taking your money. They don’t provide quality products. Once they’ve got your money in their account, they treat you like you’re basically dead to them.
That was my experience with those scam artists, but I still had a problem.
A quick search on the internet brings up tons of bad reviews, complaints and unhappy customers. You can see all over their facebook page the horrible reviews and comments saying that the product simply doesn't work.

I couldn’t just leave them in that dreadful state. If anything, this whole trainwreck actually motivated me to find something that really works. By this time I was pretty skeptical of everything. Where could I possibly find a trustworthy source?
I wouldn’t have found a solution if my best friend hadn’t shown me first-hand.
Malorie, one of my oldest friends (we met about 25 years ago) was listening to me explaining my problem, and the nasty outcome of the SplashFoam Toilet Cleaner debacle. I love talking to Malorie because she’s genuine and always lets me vent without judging. She’s one of those people who just seems to know things, and I’ve come to rely on her advice.
Still, when she suggested Dash Toilet Cleaner...

Immediately, my mind was throwing up red flags.
“I’m not sure about trying something new, Malorie.” I said. “After what I’ve been through, I don’t know if I can handle another disaster.”
Malorie gave me a look. “Anna, I completely understand. If I were you, I wouldn’t trust anything if I didn’t see it work with my own eyes. So, let me prove this to you.”
I followed her into her guest bathroom, where she grabbed a bottle of Dash Toilet Cleaner.
“See how this works. I’m telling you, you’re going to be impressed. If this doesn’t do it for you, you might as well accept the fact your toilets are going to remain the way they are for life. I wouldn’t suggest this if it didn’t work, girl. Believe me, I wouldn’t spend my money on it if it was just another gimmick.”
Malorie marched right into her guest bathroom and showed me the stains accumulating in the toilet. It looked like a nightmare.
“If this stuff works as good as you say it does, why do you have all this…buildup in this toilet?” I asked.
“I never use the guest bathroom.” She laughed. “My husband’s really the only one who does. You know he’s never taken time to clean this thing.”
That made sense. I crossed my arms, still unsure about this little demonstration.
Malorie did her thing, and I couldn’t believe my eyes.
I went running back to my husband after this and told him I saw the Dash Toilet Cleaner erase these insanely tough stains like they were nothing—what I was promised I’d get with that other heinous scam of a product—he confessed his hesitancy.
“You know, Anna, if you didn’t show me these pictures, I wouldn’t believe it.” He said.
The difference between the scam product and this…night and day.
I ordered two bottles on the Dash Toilet Cleaner website, and it didn’t take 39 days. It didn’t take a week. It was there 2 days later…faster than Amazon shipping!
And the results I was so desperately to experience?
